Mouthpiece may help pregnant women sleep soundly, reduce risks

Summary
This study tests a simple oral appliance worn at night to open the airway and improve sleep in pregnant women who snore. About 20 participants will use a home sleep test to measure sleep quality. The goal is to see if the device can reduce snoring and related pregnancy risks like high blood pressure and preterm birth.
