Summary
This study tests whether giving radiation only to the involved lymph nodes (instead of the whole neck area) can control early-stage nasopharyngeal cancer just as well, with fewer side effects. About 414 adults with limited lymph node involvement will be randomly assigned to either standard or smaller radiation fields. The goal is to see if the smaller approach maintains cancer control while improving quality of life.
