First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests three approaches to increase physical activity in older adults with HIV: coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy for barriers like low motivation or pain, and a Fitbit-based social support program. About 196 participants will wear Fitbits to track steps. The goal is to find which combination works best to help them become more active.
