Summary

This study tests four add-on features (e-coaching, a buddy, general mindfulness, and exercise-specific mindfulness) in a 12-week mobile health program for 304 young adult cancer survivors. The goal is to see which features best increase moderate-to-vigorous physical activity and improve quality of life. Participants wear an activity tracker and complete surveys over 24 weeks.
