Summary

This study looks at ways to make stem cell transplants safer and more effective for children and young adults with high-risk or relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It involves up to 1,000 participants aged 3 months to 25 years who need a transplant. The goal is to reduce serious side effects and long-term complications while keeping the transplant's ability to fight leukemia.
