First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looks at 600 older adults in Singapore to see if checking for frailty and declines in physical and mental abilities early, then offering personalized help like doctor visits or rehab, can keep them independent. Half get help right away, the other half wait a year. The goal is to see if early action helps people stay mobile and engaged in their community.
