NCT ID NCT07285616
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study aims to find the best material to cover a small drainage device used in glaucoma surgery. Glaucoma is a leading cause of blindness due to high pressure in the eye. The researchers will compare three different patch materials (donor sclera, cornea, and pericardium) in 180 adults to see which one leads to fewer complications and better long-term results. The goal is to improve surgical success and patient comfort.
