Summary
This study tests whether using Systane COMPLETE eye drops before cataract surgery can improve dry eye symptoms and help with surgical planning. About 150 adults aged 20-85 with dry eye who need cataract surgery will use the drops regularly before their operation. Researchers will measure dry eye symptoms, vision, and eye surface health to see if the drops make a difference.
