Summary

This study looked at whether a flexible, adaptive program can help children aged 8 to 12 stick with home exercise routines. About 38 kids and their parents from Michigan took part in a 60-day program that adjusted support based on each family's needs. The goal was to see if this approach improves how many exercise sessions kids complete.
