Summary
This study tests whether adding a special program for sleep and stress (called RESST) to standard cardiac rehabilitation helps heart patients recover better. About 200 adults with heart conditions who have trouble sleeping or feel stressed will take part. Researchers will track sleep, stress levels, and costs to see if the program is worth adding to regular care.
