Summary

This study tested a treatment called tDCS, which uses mild electrical current to stimulate the brain, combined with aerobic exercise, to see if it could improve pain control in people with fibromyalgia. 116 adults with fibromyalgia took part. The goal was to understand how these treatments affect the body's natural pain-fighting system.
