Summary
This study tests a special home-care program for frail patients aged 65 and older after colon cancer surgery. The program includes diet advice, exercise guidance, and health check-ups at home. Researchers want to see if this extra support helps patients feel better and recover faster compared to standard care. About 60 people will take part.
