Summary
This study looked at the best time to give a combination of two sedatives (remimazolam and remifentanil) during a painless stomach scope exam. 342 healthy adults took part to see if changing when the drugs are given reduces side effects like coughing, body movement, and drops in blood pressure or oxygen. The goal is to make the procedure safer and more comfortable.
