NCT ID NCT06677970
First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looks at whether slightly raising blood pressure after a stroke clot removal procedure helps patients recover better than the usual approach. About 176 adults who had a stroke and whose blood pressure stays low after the procedure will be randomly assigned to either a targeted blood pressure increase or standard care. The goal is to see if this strategy leads to more people being independent at 3 months.
