Summary

This study compares two procedures—catheter ablation and pacemaker therapy—for people with both atrial fibrillation (irregular heartbeat) and heart failure. About 1,056 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach better reduces the risk of death, stroke, and heart failure events.
