Summary
This study developed and tested a mobile website designed to help veterans safely reduce their long-term opioid use for chronic pain. The tool provides support and strategies for tapering medication while managing pain. Researchers compared the new website to a basic pain-tracking app in a small group of 44 veterans over nine months.
