Summary
This study is testing whether patients having obesity surgery can get effective pain relief without opioids. Researchers are comparing standard opioid-based pain treatment against opioid-free approaches that use different medications and techniques. The goal is to see if avoiding opioids leads to better recovery, fewer side effects, and less long-term opioid use after surgery.
