First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests a new way to help people with chronic non-cancer pain who have been on long-term opioids. Instead of usual care, a team of doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and psychologists works with the patient to create a personalized plan. The goal is to reduce pain interference and lower the need for opioids. About 110 adults in primary care will take part.
