App + fitbit helps arthritis patients take control

Summary

This study tested a program called OPERAS that includes a web app for tracking symptoms and a physiotherapist who gives activity advice using a Fitbit. The goal was to see if it helps people with rheumatoid arthritis feel more confident managing their disease. 132 adults with rheumatoid arthritis took part.
