Summary

This early-phase study tests whether combining endoscopic tumor removal with chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy is safe for people with early-stage esophageal cancer who cannot or choose not to have surgery. The goal is to preserve the esophagus while controlling the cancer. Only 11 participants are enrolled to check for serious side effects and see if the approach is feasible.
