First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new oral drug called onvansertib for people with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) or related blood cancers that have returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The drug works by blocking a protein that helps cancer cells grow. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if it can shrink or control the cancer. About 25 adults will take part.
