Summary
This study tested a new drug called onvansertib combined with standard chemotherapy for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that had spread. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors or slow the disease. 41 adults who had already tried one type of chemotherapy took part. The study measured how many responded to treatment and monitored side effects.
