Summary
This study tested whether watching short educational videos about borderline personality disorder (BPD) could help people manage their symptoms. Researchers enrolled 83 adults recently diagnosed with BPD and had them watch videos and complete daily surveys about their emotions for 30 days. The goal was to see if learning about BPD through videos could reduce symptom severity and improve daily functioning.
