New online course aims to ease anxiety in cancer survivors

Summary

This study is testing an online educational program called On-Trac (Online Training After Cancer) to help adult cancer survivors manage anxiety. The program teaches strategies based on cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy. Researchers will enroll 80 participants who have had a cancer diagnosis for at least a year and are not currently on active treatment. The goal is to see if the program reduces anxiety and improves emotional well-being.
