First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tested whether a personalized online program delivered through WeChat could help college students improve how they spend their time on physical activity, sitting, and sleep. Fifty students aged 18-25 who did not meet healthy movement guidelines were randomly assigned to receive the program or continue as usual. The program provided individual feedback and tips to encourage a healthier daily routine. The goal was to see if such digital tools can support better habits and inform future health interventions.
