Summary
This study tests a free, online single-session therapy for teens aged 12-17 in Hong Kong who are waiting for in-person psychotherapy. The goal is to quickly reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and make teens feel more ready for future treatment. About 124 participants will be randomly assigned to the online session or usual care, and followed for up to 3 months.
