Zoom therapy trial aims to ease student mental health crisis

Summary
This study will test if a 4-week online group therapy program delivered over Zoom can help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression in international students studying in Malaysia. Researchers will compare 128 students who receive the therapy with students on a waiting list to see if the program makes a difference. The program includes education and practical techniques to manage negative thoughts and improve well-being.
