Can an online program help smokers quit and feel better?

Summary
This pilot study is testing an online therapy program designed to help people quit smoking while also managing feelings of stress, anxiety, or depression. The program teaches skills based on a therapy called Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Researchers will recruit 60 adult smokers in Hong Kong who want to quit and are experiencing psychological distress to see if the program is feasible and has promising effects.
