Massive online therapy study tests what really works for anxiety and depression

NCT ID NCT05016843

Summary

This study tested two different online therapy programs designed to help people with anxiety and/or depression. Researchers enrolled 2,477 participants to compare two therapy approaches, different treatment lengths (8 vs. 16 weeks), and whether having access to a moderated support forum made a difference. The goal was to understand which online therapy options work best for reducing symptoms and improving quality of life.
