Summary
This study tested whether an online sleep therapy program called Sleepio could help people who have had a stroke sleep better. Researchers compared the digital program against basic sleep advice given in a leaflet. The goal was to see if this convenient online approach could improve sleep quality and related issues like mood and quality of life for stroke survivors.
