Summary
This study is testing whether an online skills training program can help people with PTSD while they wait for a therapy appointment. The program, called webSTAIR, teaches skills for managing emotions and relationships. Researchers want to see if it's practical, acceptable to patients, and if it helps reduce PTSD symptoms and improve daily functioning.
