Can a website break the cycle of stomach pain in families?
NCT ID NCT05730491
Summary
This study tests if an online program for parents with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) can help prevent stomach pain in their young children. Researchers want to see if teaching parents strategies to promote child wellness can reduce risk factors for pain. About 460 parent-child pairs will be randomly assigned to use one of two different websites and complete surveys to measure changes in child symptoms and parent behaviors.
