Can a quick online course help parents ease their Child's anxiety?

NCT ID NCT07153250

Summary

This study is testing whether short, self-guided online programs can teach parents skills to better manage anxiety in their young children (ages 2-7). Researchers will randomly assign 90 parents to one of three educational programs and track changes over 8 months. The goal is to see if these easy-to-access programs can reduce behaviors that unintentionally reinforce a child's anxiety and potentially lessen the child's symptoms.
