Summary

This study tests whether adding online pain education to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic low back pain. 60 adults aged 20-60 will be split into two groups: one gets physical therapy plus six weekly online sessions about how pain works, and the other gets physical therapy alone. The goal is to reduce fear of movement, pain, and disability, and improve satisfaction with treatment.
