Digital hope for MS fatigue: 2,000-Person trial tests online relief programs

Summary
This large study is testing whether two different online educational programs can help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) manage their fatigue. The trial will enroll 2,000 people across the US, with a focus on including groups often left out of research. Participants will either use one of the online programs alongside their usual MS care or continue with their usual care alone for six months, with follow-up for a full year.
