Can online mindfulness heal childhood trauma stress?

Summary

This small pilot study tested whether a 10-week online mindfulness course could help reduce stress and related body inflammation in young adults (ages 18-29) who experienced childhood trauma. Fifteen participants took part in group video sessions and tracked their daily stress and heart rate. The main goal was to see if the online program was practical to run and if it showed any signs of helping before planning a larger study.
