Can online mindfulness ease the stress of cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT06534957
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-week online mindfulness course can help reduce stress and other treatment-related symptoms for women with breast cancer who are receiving chemotherapy. Researchers will compare 200 participants who either take the course or receive no intervention, measuring their stress, anxiety, and physical symptoms over several weeks. The goal is to see if this accessible online program can improve well-being during a challenging treatment period.
