Summary
This study tested a personalized online program delivered through WeChat to help college students better balance their daily time among physical activity, sitting, and sleep. Fifty students aged 18-25 who did not meet healthy movement guidelines were randomly assigned to receive the program or continue as usual. The goal was to see if digital coaching could improve how they spend their 24-hour day.
