Can a 10-Week online course boost health for people with spinal cord injury?

NCT ID NCT07473258

Summary

This study is testing whether a 10-week online health promotion program can help adults living long-term with spinal cord injury develop healthier habits and improve their overall well-being. Researchers will compare about 30 people who take the weekly video course (covering topics like exercise, nutrition, and stress) to a similar group on a waitlist. They will measure changes in physical activity, diet, and self-reported health during and six months after the program.
