Digital classes aim to stop dangerous falls for MS patients
NCT ID NCT05789225
Summary
This study tested an online group program designed to help people with multiple sclerosis (MS) prevent falls. 240 participants who had experienced at least one fall in the past year were taught self-management skills over eight virtual sessions. Researchers compared the program group to a control group to see if it reduced falls and fear of falling over 12 months.
