First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a physiotherapist-guided online exercise program can reduce pain and improve physical function in remote white-collar workers. Thirty-three participants with low back or neck pain will do supervised exercises twice a week for six weeks. The goal is to see if this convenient approach can help people who sit a lot and work from home.
