Can walking at home clear 'Brain Fog' for MS patients?
NCT ID NCT04518657
Summary
This study is testing if a 6-month, internet-delivered walking program can help improve slowed thinking speed and memory in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will enroll 280 physically inactive adults with MS who have mild walking disability and self-reported 'brain fog.' Participants will be randomly assigned to either the walking program or a general wellness program to compare effects on thinking, fatigue, mood, and quality of life.
