Can a virtual chat room help women power through menopause?
NCT ID NCT06821841
Summary
This small, completed pilot study tested whether a brief online group program could help working women experiencing menopause symptoms become more physically active. The main goal was to see if running such a program was practical and acceptable to participants, not to prove it worked. Twenty-two inactive women were randomly assigned to either join the 4-week online group or just receive standard activity information.
