Summary
This pilot study tested an internet-based program that teaches emotional regulation skills to help adults reduce drinking and improve psychological distress. 86 Hong Kong Chinese adults who were heavy drinkers and feeling stressed took part. The goal was to see if the program was feasible and had early benefits.
