First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether an online, therapist-guided cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) program can help adults with chronic physical health conditions who also feel depressed or anxious. About 260 people from Saskatchewan will take part. The goal is to see what factors predict improvement, so the program can be made more effective for routine care.
