Summary
This study tests whether an online cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) program can help children aged 8-17 with asthma who also feel anxious or worried about their condition. The therapy is designed to improve quality of life, reduce anxiety, and help control asthma symptoms. About 30 children and their parents will participate to see if this approach is practical and helpful.
