Summary
This study tests whether a brief online video about cannabis withdrawal can increase awareness and insight in people who use cannabis daily. Researchers will recruit 100 heavy users (at least 25 days per month and 3.5 grams per week) through an online platform. Participants will either watch an educational video on withdrawal or a relaxation video, then answer questions about their cannabis use. The goal is to see if a simple, low-cost online tool can help people reflect on their cannabis habits.
