Summary
This study is testing whether adding special breathing exercises to online therapy can help reduce social anxiety. Researchers will work with 96 adults who experience significant social anxiety, randomly assigning them to either the breathing-enhanced therapy or a standard therapy group. The goal is to see if this combination approach makes treatment more effective and accessible for people struggling with social fears.
