Summary
This study is testing if an online brain exercise program works better when a trained coach supervises it remotely. It's for people with breast cancer who have finished chemotherapy and are struggling with memory and thinking problems, often called 'chemo fog.' Researchers want to see if having a coach helps people stick with the exercises and learn better strategies, leading to fewer complaints about their thinking skills.
