Scientists test which online therapy works best for chronic worry
NCT ID NCT05849493
Summary
This study compares two different online therapy programs for people with generalized anxiety disorder. 400 participants will try either a program focused on managing uncertainty or one focused on changing thinking patterns about worry. Both programs involve 10 weeks of guided self-help materials with psychologist support, aiming to see which approach works better and how they help reduce anxiety symptoms.
